In Luke chapter 17, the Disciples came to Jesus and asked Him to increase their Faith concerning Finances, Jesus made a statement: Luke 17:6 — “And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.”
The tree obeying you is determined by whether or not you are willing to say (speak to it).
You saying (speaking the word) is determined by whether or not you have the smallest amount of Faith that is, believing the Word enough to say it.
In other words, if you believe in your heart the Word of God to be true (Faith), then you will speak it as though it is true, and then (because you believe it enough to say it) it will obey you (come to pass).
